Inside the box you get the Candy V1 pen in a random colour, five 3mL refillable cartridges, twenty 31G pen needles, draw-up tips, twenty alcohol prep pads and a 30mL multi-dose vial of bacteriostatic water. Everything the premium kit carries, at a lower entry price.

The difference between the kits is the pen. The AllStar dials to 80 units with a locking cartridge and audible clicks. The Candy V1 dials to 60 units with a clear chamber and twist-open loading. Most protocols live inside 60 units, and the twenty dollar gap buys your first restock of cartridges and needles.
